Les BISCUITS : préparer une pâte sablée avec, pour un œuf, 125 g. de sucre, 125 g. de beurre, 250 g. de farine (la farine complète convient particulièrement bien à cette recette facile) et ajouter ce qu’on veut : sucre vanillé, graines de tournesol, pavot, sésame… Aplatir la pâte au rouleau, à environ 3 millimètres, et découper les formes des biscuits au couteau, à l’emporte-pièce, avec un gobelet… Disposer les biscuits sur une platine, enfourner à environ 180° et cuire pendant une quinzaine de minnutes. Les biscuits n’attachent pas puisqu’ils contiennent du beurre. Laisser refroidir sur une grille.
